XXVIII week of ordinary time

Lk 11, 42-46

42 But woe to you, Pharisees, that you pay tithes on mint, on rue and on all herbs, and leave justice and the love of God aside. But these were the things to be done, without neglecting those. 43 Woe to you, Pharisees, who love the first places in the synagogues and the greetings on the squares. 44 Woe to you, because you are like those tombs that are not seen and people pass over it without knowing it. "

45 One of the doctors of the Law intervened and said to him: "Teacher, saying this, you offend us too." 46 He replied: "Woe to you too, doctors of the Law, who burden men with unbearable weights, and you do not even touch those burdens with a finger!

The hypocrisy of the double purpose

What is the Christian religion made of? First of all it is made by the revelation of God to man and the acceptance of man by what God reveals, which commits reason and the heart to obey. The content of revelation is God himself and his will that we know ourselves through the Word of God and the magisterium of the Church, always if the latter is not in contradiction with the Word of God and the witness of the Apostles.

God commits all of himself in revealing himself to men and what he asks of us is love and justice as a response to his manifestation. But the way in which we love and practice justice must be in the Truth of God, of his commandments and without ulterior motives. Here Jesus jumps forcefully against the hypocrisy of the Pharisees, but also against that of all Christians starting from the Pope, or perhaps he is exempted from observing the Gospel?

Even if it is very evident we have to ask ourselves what second end all the pope's interventions direct or reported without denials have (if Scalfari invents the things that Bergoglio says, why does he still receive it?) That demolish the Church and confuse the faithful. Is the pope doing the interests of Christ? When did the agreement with the Chinese communist party make the interests of Jesus Christ in China? When he wrote or who for him, the apostolic exhortation Amoris Laetitia made the interests of Jesus Christ, he made his will about marriage.

The hypocrisy that makes many clerics especially the cardinals of today like the Pharisees of the time of Jesus is that of having a double purpose in dealing with the things of God and men, they say they do the interests of Christ but do their own interests, as in fact it will take place at the Synod for the Amazon, where it plays with the things of God to "make the Indians", disguising as a reform of the Church a change of doctrine, about the Holy Eucharist and the Ordained Ministry. It will be the Devil himself to highlight their hypocrisies to accuse them before God and the world. If today there is a dark place on earth it is in Rome. It makes my heart ache to think how the enemies of the Church laugh at us.
