III Easter

Lk 24: 13-35

 

 

13 And behold, on that very day two of them were on the way to a village called Emmaus, about eleven kilometers from Jerusalem, 14 and conversed with each other about all that had happened. 15 As they conversed and discussed together, Jesus personally approached and walked with them. 16 But their eyes were barred from recognizing it. 17 And he said to them, "What are these speeches that you are making among you on the way?" They stopped, with a sad face; 18 One of them, named Clèopa, replied, "Only you are foreigners in Jerusalem! Do not you know what has happened to these days? " 19 He asked them, "What?" They replied: "What about Jesus, the Nazarene, who was a powerful prophet in works and words before God and all the people; 20 as the chief priests and our authorities gave him up to condemn him to death and crucified him. 21 We hoped that he was the one who would deliver Israel; With all this, three days have passed since these things happened.22 But some women of ours have upset us; They went to the grave in the morning 23 and, having not found his body, came to tell us that he also had a vision of angels, who claim that he is alive. 24 Some of us went to the tomb and found how the women had said, but they did not see it. But he disappeared from their sight.32 And they said one to another, "Did not our heart burn in us while he talked with us along the way, when he told us the scriptures?" 33 They departed without delay and did I returned to Jerusalem, where they found the elders and the others who were with them, 34 who said, "Indeed the Lord has risen and has appeared to Simon." 35 And they said what had happened along the way, and how they recognized it in breaking the bread.

That same day

 

"On that day" (Lk 24:13) It strikes me that the Gospel for the third time is set on the day of Easter, on the day when Christ has risen. It seems that the Lord wants to extend to our time, that blessed day, to make us participate in those early meetings with the disciples, to revive our faith in his death and resurrection.

 

Today, he appears to two travelers, two of his disappointed and disheveled disciples, who go away from Jerusalem. Jesus joins and helps them find a biblical meaning in the painful events in the city. Arriving near the village, their destination, that mysterious man, accepts the invitation to be with them and reveals himself as the Risen Lord as he breaks the bread

 

All this goes on in the Holy Eucharist where Jesus himself makes us a travel companion, explains the meaning of the Scriptures, and breaks the bread for us. Jesus gives us himself, eternal life c, ome gave it to the first Church giving it the Paschal faith which from the day of Pentecost announces and testifies to this day.

 

How to prolong these events on the first day after Saturday? Today, faith in the Risen Woman must have an explicit, direct and public announcement, from person to person, to media, to social. The two Emmaus disciples returned to Jerusalem and told what their success was. To many, it is nauseous to talk about Jesus, because they do not know and therefore do not see what is happening in the Church by the work of the Risen Lord.

 

Unfortunately, the sanctity of the Church has also been severely blurred by so many of its children, and much personal mediaism makes shadow to the person of Jesus Christ. We must work for our sanctification and this will make the person of Risen Christ Jesus emerge. The Holy Spirit, the Virgin Mary, the saints of the past, also recent, will be our allies. They will help us to live with the Risen Lord and to testify him in words and works. Where to start? We confess our sins and share with renewed spirit at Holy Mass, we are ready to break bread with those who do not. And we also have the courage to die for Christ. These are the times when one can not rule out the possibility of witnessing Christ even with blood. Have a nice Sunday.

The second easter

 

In the Gospel of John, through the miracle of the multiplication of the loaves and the fish and other signs followed by explanation words (see then the discourse in the Capernaum synagogue), Jesus brings us to the Holy Eucharist. The context in which the sign of multiplication took place is the "Second Passover", which Jesus lives with his disciples: "Easter was near, the feast of the Jews" (Jn 6: 4).

 

The first easter had lived in Jerusalem when he had made the sign of dispossessing the sellers from the temple. Looking at the easter of Jesus for us, the first was the one in which he passed from this world to the Father (cf. Jn 13: 1). In the second easter, instead Jesus passes from this world to us, it is delivered to us as a bread from life: take and eat, this is my Body (see Lk 22,19), my Blood (see Lk 22 , 20).

 

After this miracle of multiplication, Jesus did not worry much more about feeding hungry people, the poor, and their needs. He certainly never closed his hands to those who asked. Jesus in this great sign simply opens his hands to everyone, breaking the bread as an advance of his body. People have seen them understand what Jesus did. People saw the bread abundantly, it was fried, filled the stomach. He did not see God at work, in this extraordinary action.

 

We have not only the belly to fill, we also have a soul to feed, for the journey to Eternal Life. How unpleasant food becomes when it is satiated. Instead, the soul does not ever satisfy the food that God gives him, because it is made to nourish God, is made for God, for the infinite. This food is Jesus Christ, who passes over to us in his second Easter, after He has passed on to the Father.

 

In general, we are little aware of what is present in the Holy Eucharist, both when we prepare ourselves and when we are partaking and when we assume Jesus present with his true Body and with His True Blood.

 

Unfortunately today, a lot of superficiality accompanies those who take part and who presides over the Holy Mass. Many times it seems that the priests do something about them, something personal, as if it were not Christ's Mass. Then the faithful, not by their fault, have a limited understanding of what they live in the Mass. The perception of the Sacred Present in churches as buildings and ministers and in collaborators: male and female ministers, readers and singers, men or women who are, seems to have failed. There is a lot of protagonism in people, modesty in attitudes and costumes has left the place to impurity, to lust: dresses that shape the body, transparent, loose, miniskirts, loose hair, ankle shoes, intimate garments Who come out of skirts and trousers, suits like pajamas. Thus with the impurity the devil has the best to distract the priests, sisters, lay men and women, because Jesus Christ is lost and impurities are put into the eyes, thoughts, hearts, and souls.

 

The Church, the priests, each one of us must do more to encourage the Church's sense of the Sacred and a healthy shame. Every priest is a strong call to holiness if he lives and offers it with the example and with the words. It is easy for a priest to turn from God's servant to wolf, with the risk that Jesus will deliver him to the Devil. It is sad to hear that there are so many priests and sisters in hell, it is very sad. We all have a strong responsibility to the Holy Eucharist, we must not disappoint God. We must help us to sanctify our Church presence, not to make it an occasion for sin. Good day.

The Easter week

Jn 3,31-36

 

31 He who comes from above is above all; But he who comes from the earth belongs to the earth and speaks according to the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He acknowledges what he has seen and heard, yet no one accepts his testimony.33 Whoever accepts the testimony confirms that God is true. 34 For in fact, God sent, says the words of God: without measure he gives the Spirit. 35 The Father loves the Son and handed him everything. 36 He who believes in the Son has eternal life; He who does not obey the Son will not see life, but God's wrath will remain upon him.

The return trip

With the resurrection of Jesus Christ, man not only discovers his eternal destiny, but also his origin, which can not be different from his end. Man in Jesus Christ returns to God because he comes from God.

 

Whoever does not disclose or understand his origin in God is unable to raise the eyes of the body, those of the mind to see God. He lives on earth and on earth. Man seeks the signs of his origin in the earth, finds some, but he does not tell him all the truth, indeed they hide it even more: the mystery of man's origin surpasses man. That is why the first of the resurrected ones, Jesus Christ, comes from God, to relocate to God, to reveal our origin.

 

 Man's life is not a one-way trip, but a return. Those who do not start this journey will stay on the ground looking for a destination they do not know, because they do not know where they left. This return journey can not be done on our own. Guided by Him who has returned to his Father, we find that he is also our Father.

 

The Word of Jesus Guide Us on this Trip His Words are the same he has heard from the Father. Whoever accepts the witness of the Son also accepts the Father. Together, Father and Son give us the unpretentious Spirit. We gather little Spirit. We begin this journey with a few drops of Spirit, present in our soul. God gives the Spirit without measure, but the soul has many small spaces for God, often narrow, they become great insofar as we make them available to receive the Holy Spirit without measure, that is to God's measure.

 

We must fear the wrath of God, that is to constantly reject His Spirit. We must pray for all men, especially for those who today govern the land of the earth. The continual rejection of God fills the heart of the Father of bitterness after he has used all the possible tendencies to attract Himself. Good day.

Easter week

Jn. 3: 16-21

 

16 For God so loved the world to give the only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not be lost, but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but because the world is saved through him. 18 He who believes in him is not condemned; But who does not believe has already been condemned, because he did not believe in the name of the only-begotten Son of God.

19 And judgment is this: light has come into the world, but men have loved the darkness and the light, for their works were wicked. 20 For whoever does evil, he hates the light, and does not come to light so that his works may not be reproved. 21 But whoever does the truth comes to the light, for it is clear that his works have been made in God. "

The light of the words of Christ

 

Jesus opens his heart to Nicodemus, revealing God's love for men. Nicodemus will not replicate more, he is taking the form of the disciple, who before listening to the Master listens to him. We will no longer speak of Nicodemus, we will find it again as Joseph prepares Jesus for burial with Joseph (cf. Jn 19,39), he is carrying thirty kilograms of myrrh and aloe.

 

 But what did Jesus tell him about that night where he was? Nicodemus went to Jesus by more curiosity, to listen closely to a chat character. But then Nicodemus, with the gracious and loving gesture of burial, becomes a witness to his death.

 

And we instead? That we go not by night, but by day by Jesus in the Holy Mass, what do we make of Christ's affirmations, especially those that reveal God's infinite love for men? These words do not have to go over us with superficiality, they serve to make our Paschal faith mature.

 

How can we be indifferent to statements such as this: God so loved the world to give his only-begotten Son (Jn 3:16). These words can so reassure us and fill the heart of love with God. Like these words, "God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but because the world is saved through Him (Jn 3: 17)

These and other words can lead man to the love of God and to answer God with the holiness of life.

 

All that reveals the love of God is light, it is truth to men. Men are deluded to possess truth and light only by the use of reason. But how much darkness and immense tragedies produced the exclusive use of reason without the light of Christ. God does not impose on what reason its light causes and truth, but invites you to choose and have the courage to judge as the darkness the works of the world that deny God and man. For example, the law on end of life, explicit statement of the legalization of euthanasia, it is dark. Instead of helping research to improve end-of-life conditions, it offers the patient the resignation to help him live, only the help to die. How is the abortion, the millions of legalized abortions in the state, as well as darkness?

 

Christ does not deny the use and the gift of reason, but invites them to be used in the light of faith and resurrection. Where the light glows in the morning of Easter: right in the darkness of that grave where man thinks he finds peace And serenity. Good day.

Jn 3, 1-9

 

1 There was a man named Nicodemus, one of the chiefs of the Jews, among the Pharisees.2 He went to Jesus by night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you came from God as a master; No one can do these signs you do, unless God is with him. " 3 Jesus answered him, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, If one is not born from above, he can not see the kingdom of God."

4 Nicodemus said to him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he perhaps come in a second time in his mother's womb and be born again? " 5 Jesus answered, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, If one is not born of water and Spirit, he can not enter into the kingdom of God. 6 What is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit . 7 Do not be surprised if I told you, you must be raised from above. 8 The wind blows where it pleases, and you hear the voice, but you do not know where it is from or where it goes: so is it who is born of the Spirit. "

Nicodemus and Easter Faith

 

Easter time serves believers to strengthen Easter faith in dead and risen Jesus Christ or to begin a journey of discovery of faith in the resurrection of Jesus Christ. In this sense, we are given to follow Nicodemus, a Pharisee, law teacher, who goes to Jesus at night, when no one sees either to interrogate him or to listen to him. He goes to Jesus for himself, for his desire to know and understand Jesus not to judge him.

 

Jesus does not let himself be enchanted by his words of circumstance, immediately reveals him first to light to Him who comes to look at the night: "Verily, verily, I say unto you, if one is not born from above, he can not see the kingdom (V.3) Nicodemus responds with little wisdom by mixing what is material with what is spiritual. Jesus then specifies that to be born from above signify the birth of water and the Spirit.

 

We need to move our questions to our research because even if we go to church in the daytime, we are often in the night as regards the assumption of a Paschal faith. The sense of the easter is not only celebratory, but spiritual, it concerns our rebirth from God. Easter is either a "passage" from death to life, or it is over on Easter day and us We return to gray every day.

 

To be born of the water and the Spirit means to be born of the Word God, the Kerigma and the Spirit that it transmits. To enter the kingdom of God, in the life of God we must immerse ourselves and wash ourselves in his Word, because our words, thoughts and actions have as God's principle and God's end. We have the soul living in us for his union with God , We have a divine life in us who asks to live, to reborn The life-giving of the soul, the death of the West is the absence of spiritual life. There is no time, no space for soul life. Instead, you give yourself to the body.

 

What is born of the flesh is flesh, that which is born of the Spirit is the Spirit. Even though we are made of flesh we have within ourselves a unique spiritual principle that comes from God: the soul. We need to learn that we have a soul that lives in our body and that it lives itself of a life, the one it receives from God, by its Spirit. Let's sneak out Nicodemus's skepticism, learn to ask God for the gift of a Paschal faith, will not fail to answer us. Good day.

Mc 16.9-15

Witnesses of the Witnesses of the Risen One

 

There are no eyewitnesses to the resurrection of Jesus, but the names and the facts of those who saw him risen after his death on the cross came to us.

 

 In this brief account of the Gospel of Marco we speak of Mary of Magdala and of two other disciples, who went to report what they saw to the disciples but were not believed. Jesus followed the method of sending witnesses from the beginning to believe in them. It would be problematic and full of risks for announcing whether Christ should appear to all; There would be no concordance in the testimony: one sees one thing, another one. Jesus appeared to those who knew him to recover them to the faith, and gave him the Easter faith, that is to believe in his death and resurrection.

 

Our faith is therefore based on the faith of those who saw him dead and risen and who then gave life to him.

We too come to faith through the testimony of those who have believed in those who have seen risen Jesus.

That is why Church and Church faith is apostolic, it is based on the testimony of the apostles.

 

For our faith, for its growth and maintenance, it must be linked with the faith of the apostles, contained in all that they have transmitted in the Gospels, in the Acts of the Apostles, in the letters, and in the Apocalypse, the last New Testament scripture.

 

But even if the pure knowledge of biblical revelation is necessary, it is not enough to have a Paschal faith. In order to have a Paschal faith, the testimony of those who believe in dead and risen Jesus Christ who comes to us not only through the simple motion of the lips, but through the Holy Spirit in the announcement, must be conveyed and heard aloud. Announcing with the Holy Spirit means receiving it through the sacraments and their attentive attendance, promoting his presence in us with a holy life, with prayer, with love for all.

 

For the faith of the faithful as the determining faith and holiness of a priest who celebrates Holy Mass is determined. Every word he says, every gesture he does, any movement on the altar like making the cross sign, kneeling, watching for Christ must be filled with the Holy Spirit and grace. Jesus does not need us to make grace and faith come true but he serves us by giving us the grace of being at his service. This also applies to lay people called to bring the faith and the Gospel to the family, at work in the social environment. All clerical or lay faithful who are are constituted for their faith witnesses to the resurrection.

 

But be assured that the devil is not sleeping and doing to overthrow the Church's testimony, especially the clerics and then laymen, involving them in disgraceful things: sexual and economic scandals, fomenting in the church the divisions and doubts, thereby undermining credibility Of witnesses. A fire, bread, grilled meat and fish.

 

After these events, Jesus again came to the disciples on the sea of Tiberias.

The Gospel of John tells a few Jesus's apparitions to the disciples, but all indicate how Jesus wants them to return to the faith after they have abandoned him.

These appearances are also for us, because our faith matures up to be a Paschal faith, that is, in the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Only with a Paschal faith can you recognize it alive and present beside us and in our history. Is our faith then truly paschal?

 

And it manifested it self: Simon Peter, Thomas called Dildos, Nathanael of Cana of Galilee, Zebedee's sons, and two other disciples were together. Simon Peter said to them, "I am going to fish." They said, "We also come with you"

To answer this question we need to follow the plot of this apparition. Peter decides to go fishing, they must eat. The other apostles follow him. They were there on the lake awaiting the Lord, who had told him to go to Galilee, who would see him. Jesus had given him a time and an appointment to meet him. It is also to us after Easter. Where ? In Galilee. Galilee and our personal life, united to the life of the whole Church

 

More specifically the lake for us is the place where we have repeatedly heard Christ and His Word: it is the church building. Jesus is waiting for us in the church. Try to see how the churches are empty after the Easter holidays.

 

When it was already dawn, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus. Jesus said to them, "Son, you have nothing to eat?" They replied, "No."

Jesus presents to them as a hungry person. But Jesus is not hungry, but instead wants to highlight the true hunger of our disciples and ours. But he is hungry for one thing: our faith, which we lack more than food. Our true hunger that more than anything else suffocates is that of God.

 

Then he said to them, "Throw the net from the right side of the boat and you will find it." They threw it and could no longer pull it up for the great amount of fish.

Man is always empty-handed. He never does is full of life, he is always looking for happiness, life, but the network of his heart is always empty. When Jesus intervenes, however, he invites us to fish on the opposite side of the boat, the right side, the fishing is abundant. We try to collect from man's flesh what we need to live, we do not think it is from the spirit that we can have what we need to live forever. We are always tempted to go to the flesh and only collect corruption, sin, and death. It's the voice of Jesus is his Word telling us, "Throw the net from the right side and you will find it."

 

Then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is the Lord!"

He recognizes that he is when his actions are immediate, effective, and total, to fill full not only the networks but also the heart. All this happens in the church, our lake of Tiberias. If we have not fished yet, if we have not yet acknowledged that it is the Lord, it means that we did not go to Galilee, that we did not listen to his word that we are not His disciples, but disciples of the world.

 

When Simon Peter heard that he was the Lord, he clutched his garment around his hips, for he was undressed, and cast himself into the sea.

Peter throws himself to the sea, he meets Jesus. We little as soon as we are in the Church and are in our quarters with little enthusiasm. Yet the one who is in the church is the same thing that has appeared to his disciples on the lake.

 

As soon as they got to the ground, they saw a burning fire of fish and bread. Jesus said to them, "Come and eat"

Here Jesus prepares a table for them and for us. A fire, bread, and fish: His Body, and he brings us together to what we have fished through him. Here is the Holy Eucharist who blames our hunger for God and our world hunger. Those who have a Paschal faith live the encounter with Jesus in the Holy Eucharist and nourish it by extinguishing that hunger of the world that afflicts us and always leaves us with the dry mouth.

 

Easter faith, that is, to believe that the Lord Jesus is dead and resurrected, is an Eucharistic faith: who feeds on the Holy Eucharist and meets and sees the Lord Himself. I think we all have to do a long way to bring our faith back into Easter and Eucharistic faith. We must not abandon our purpose, only those who seek Christ will find it. 35 And they told what had happened along the way, and how they recognized it in breaking the bread.36 While they were talking about these things, Jesus stood in their midst and said, "Peace be to you!" 37 Confused and full of fear, they believed to see a ghost. 38 But he said to them, "Why are you troubled, and why are doubts in your heart? 39 Look at my hands and my feet. Touch me and look; A ghost has no flesh and bones, as you can see I have. "40 Saying this, they showed their hands and feet. 41 But because of the joy they did not believe yet, and were filled with astonishment, he said, "Do you have anything here to eat?" 42 They offered him a portion of roasted fish; 43 And he took it, and ate it before them. 44 Then he said, "These are the words I said to you when I was still with you: all that is written about me in the law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms must be done." 45 Then he opened their mind to understand the Scriptures 46 and said to them, "Thus it is written, Christ shall suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, 47 and in his name shall be converted to all peoples the conversion and the forgiveness of sins, Beginning with Jerusalem. 48 Of this you are witnesses.

The eyes of the body are not enough to believe

 

Even for those with whom Jesus had lived his resurrection was an "incredible" fact. It was easier to think of the presence of a ghost or spirit than the presence of a living and true person. So Jesus, to help him overcome the doubt and questioning them, makes a gesture very familiar to them: Eats a portion of roasted fish. But this is not enough to believe that Jesus is risen to reach the Easter faith.

 

The eyes of the body are not enough to believe, it is necessary to open the eyes of the spirit and even the ears because they believe in what has been announced in the law of Moses (the first five books of the Bible), in prophets and in psalms. All Sacred Scriptures speak of the Messiah, of his passion, death and resurrection, announced in individual characters or in the people himself.

 

For us who have not personally known Jesus Christ, the Sacred Scriptures, along with the faith of those who announce them, are the only source for the knowledge and experience of the Son of God. But this knowledge does not come in an educational way, by teaching , But through preaching, the gift of the Spirit, and the faith of those who announce it. Jesus, appearing to his disciples, explains the Scriptures, pointing to all that is related to Him and delivering the Holy Spirit, which revives their faith to prepare them to be His witnesses. For them it was necessary for Christ to appear, for us it is necessary for the faith of those who announce the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ to appear.

 

This transmission of faith is called "Living Tradition", which transmits the Word of God with grace and faith.

That is why the Church's first and foremost problem is the faith of the clerics: from the pope to the last of the priests and say orderly. Do they do what they can to revive their faith? Everything can be useful if the growth of Easter faith has come back. But the most urgent thing is the return to Christ, personal conversion, and holiness of life, which witness and guarantee what they bear.

The faith in Easter

 

What does it tell us the Lord Jesus today, appearing at two disciples discouraged and disappointed, receding from Jerusalem? Jesus comes to us through this story and these words, because even our eyes are now kept from recognizing him. What it was for many the result of the recent Easter celebrations? The churches are full? Out of all the newspapers and the media talking about Jesus Christ and all he has done for us? Not even mentioned to the person of Jesus Christ and what he did for us. Some speak of the Passover of the Italians and not the Passover of Jesus Christ. Many people are disappointed just by Jesus Christ, many others from his church. Some cultivated some also expected from this father. Today is also the final Bergoglio effect.

 

But Jesus can not be outdone by our disappointments. At the level of faith the disappointment comes from the fact that we trust more in men than in God. Like the two disciples of Emmaus: "We were hoping that he would free Israel." Then the disappointment takes hold because we want to follow our ways to address and solve our problems. What we find it hard to accept it is the "way of God": the cross. "Ought not that the Christ should suffer these things and enter into his glory. The main problem for each of us crucify their sin and share in the glory of God. Faith in the risen Jesus

 

Mary stood outside the tomb crying.

How can we come to faith in the resurrection of Jesus, given that we must never take for granted to believe? You must have first love Jesus that keeps us coming back with pain and perhaps with tears the passion to death who suffered for us. If Mary was standing outside in truth was well within the heart of Jesus. We, however many times we are like ice and lightly pass over the painful events of the life of Jesus.  For Christ or against Christ

 

We are still close to the tomb of Jesus, the day of his resurrection. It all starts with a few people, a few women, who carry the first announcement of his resurrection, in fact they appeared and ordered to announce it to his disciples.

 

Even the guards, put the chief priests, were to the tomb and saw something, but the reaction was cowardly and is now playing the denial of his resurrection.

 

In the story of Jesus Christ there are no neutral witnesses, some people believe the announcement of his disciples and those who do not believe. There is not even a judge over the parties, which say who is right or who to back.

 

 In this story in the middle there is us all, we have to decide with whom to stay: on the side of Jesus and of his witnesses, or on the side of his detractors. One could even say that he does not care, does not concern him. In this case, you have already chosen to take the side of those who deny Jesus, because to say that I do not care to deny Jesus Christ. I can not even say that only after a personal analysis and research decide, because it is huge work that one needs to do, to get a personal certainty about Jesus' resurrection.

Resurrection of the Lord

I Jesus washes feet today

 

Jesus washes his disciples' feet. And 'the synthesis of his whole life and his mission and even a prophetic gesture that will culminate with his death on the cross. Jesus betrayed and denied

 

At the Last Supper, where Jesus renews the pact of the first covenant in his Body and his Blood, where he washes the feet of his disciples becoming servant and model of man, in which he informs the commandment of love, here we are consumed by the decision one of the apostles to betray Jesus. The anointing at Bethany

The passion of God for man

 

 

We know who has implemented the passion and death of Jesus: the elderly, the scribes, the Pharisees and chief priests of Jesus' time, the entire political class and religious of the time, with the armed hand of the Romans and the involvement of the people , which remains most of the time watching, doing nothing. The director of all though is the devil, who has long you wanted to take revenge on God.

 

His plan is simple: put the man against God and take the most hateful and most violent thing: kill his son, only to cause God to punish man and so to deny him his friendship and forgiveness. In this way, the devil thought to get the win unleashing the wrath of God for man. But the silence of Jesus and his surrender into the hands of men, not accusing them of anything, but only by forgiving them, cancel the plan of Satan and makes it invalid.

 

Only the passion of Christ continues today, because Satan wants to convince the man that God does not love him and he does not forgive anything, that God is a strict judge, that God takes into account every little failure. Satan wants to deceive the man on the goodness of God. Moreover Satan seduces man that change the laws of God and replace them with the habits of the men and let yourself go to every pleasure of the flesh.

 

Satan's plan has failed because Jesus turned himself in voluntarily to death, to show how far it is his love, the love of God. Man falls into the traps and temptations of the evil one because he does not believe in God's love . If there is a proof of God lies in the cross of her Son Jesus. And 'this is the gift of Jesus to the cross, those who receive it with love will embrace and find in it all that love that is missing and that because of sin puts man against God. 54 Jesus therefore walked no more openly among the Jews, but from there he retired to the country near the wilderness, into a city called Ephraim, where he stayed with the disciples.

55 The Jewish Passover was near, and many of the country went up to Jerusalem before the Passover to purify themselves. 56 They were looking for Jesus and stood in the temple, saying to one another: "What do you think? It will be at the party? ".

The Passion of Jesus: the plan of God overcomes Satan's plan

 

We know that there will be the dramatic passion of Jesus. From the point of view of the men organized a conspiracy to suppress an uncomfortable man, because it pulls in the people with signs and wonders, so that the people are no longer under the control of the chief priests, the scribes and Pharisees, and therefore the Romans may react with violence to destroy the temple and

disperse the people.

 

 These men have lost sight of the Word of Dio.Essi although scholars do not seek God and his will, but only themselves and the way to keep the people in power, to guide it according to the directives of the Romans.

 

Instead these so painful steps of Jesus fulfill God's plan to save man, a plan that even Satan understands, who instead wants to carry his plan through men. The reasoning of Satan is this: I will lead men to hate God, even to suppress his Son, because in this way God is cast on man and punish him as he deserves and so the man is in hell to keep me company.

 

This is Satan's still viable plan, which continues to present to the world. This plan has not and will never succeed, because God's plan and instead to demonstrate the cross of Christ all her love for the man, because he believes in Him and His love, convert, changing road and Viva. The devil wants, thanks man, take him to the death. But God, through his Son wants to bring the man to life. That's because these are days of grace, because they tell us that God has not changed the opinion they will do so and behave. His passion and death is for each of us the lifeline on which to secure our lives.

 

It is therefore necessary beyond the tragic events of those hours to recognize the plan of God and not make us accomplices of Satan's plan, which still remain valid and operational. 40 When they heard these words, some of the people said, "He is the Prophet." 41 Others said, "This is the Christ." Others said, "The Christ come out of Galilee? 42 He saith not: From the seed of David and from Bethlehem, the village where David will be Christ. " 43 And among the people arose a dissension about him. 44 Some of them wanted to arrest him, but no one laid hands on him.
45 The officers therefore came to the chief priests and Pharisees who said to them: "Why do not you brought him? '." 46 The officers answered, "No man ever spoke so." 47 But the Pharisees answered them, "Have you also been fooled you? 48 Does he believe in him any of the rulers or of the Pharisees? 49 But these people who knoweth not the law are cursed. " 50 Then Nicodemus, who had previously come to Jesus, and he was one of them, he said, 51 "Our law judge a man without giving him a hearing and discovering what he is doing?." 52 They answered him, "Are you you too of Galilee? He studies, and see that from Galilee no prophet arises. The interpretation of God's Word


Jesus raises a strong debate about who he is. One says one thing, another another, the Pharisees reserve the right to have the last word and even each other -see Nicodeno - there is dissent. Even the temple guards, sent to arrest Jesus, are affected by his words.

These people learned that studies the Holy Scripture can not make a judgment on Jesus, their reasoning blind them even responding to Nicodemus contradict themselves, tell Nicodemus to go to study and they themselves do not know that Jesus called the Nazarene was born in Bethlehem and that his father Joseph is a descendant of David and the word Nazareno has meaning as the word "bud" as the prophet Isaiah says: a bud sprouts from the stump of Jesse, and a branch out of his roots. (Cfr. Is 11).

Scripture speaks of Jesus Christ, but only after his resurrection this will be more evident. But the scholars of that time, while waiting for the Messiah, they were not able to see the signs of his presence through the Holy Scriptures and stopped their reasoning. When you replace the Holy Spirit with human reasoning, it blinds the reason and deny the 'evidence of the truth: the humble humanity of Jesus contains the greatness of his divinity. That's why Jesus speaks of the sin against the Holy Spirit did not recognize Jesus in his divinity.

Yet the scripture is not enigmatic. These people read and interpreted the word of God without the Holy Spirit, turning in their thinking, relying on their teachers of the law authorities. Do not let themselves be guided by the Word of God, to see and recognize his will and his presence among men.

In the Word of God it must be sought God Himself, his will, the traces of his presence among us, his law that guides man on its roads. In the Word of God you are also found the words that man must use to turn to God, as it must be sought, as should be praised and prayed.Especially in the Psalms, which were already complete in the time of Jesus the man is led in prayer to become a praise of God.

This is why the way of speaking of Jesus strikes, why not just talk about God, but leads to God who hears Jesus comes to God. Jesus himself quoting Isaiah says: It 'all be taught by God (Jn 6:45), quoteIsaiah 54:13: "all thy children shall be taught of the Lord, great shall be the peace of your children. Today we go to meet the man against God, while those who speak in favor of God seems to do evil man. Only God can do good man, and God did not speak to one in one way and another in another way, did not say one thing and then said the opposite. That is why the interpretation of the Word of God can not be separated from faith and tradition of the Church.

To understand the Bible, then what are the criteria for interpretation there are clear indications of the Catechism of the Catholic Church by the numbers 101 to 133. Who comes out of these criteria can not speak on behalf of God, it is not Catholic and sets itself above God. Where can conduct this mindset? It can only lead in the mouth of Satan, the father of all lies. Usually these detractors of revealed truth attack "like crazy", the believers, the real ones, who do not follow the fashions of the time, opening the way to terrible persecution. Who can save us? No doubt the Blessed Vergine Maria, the great Fathers of the Church and the Holy Spirit never ceases to arouse in the true Church and the holy apostles of Christ. Good day.
